Running of monthly grade reconciliations comparing budget grades to planned grades, sampled grades, and plant/recovered grades. Exploration and Surface Geologist in charge of all exploration projects and surface sampling across Barberton Mines. Sampling of all surface material to be re-processed with the rehabilitation projects, i.e. retreating of old tailings/slimes dams and removal of old waste rock dumps.
