  Setup of Swedgiro AB (Postgiro Bank/Swedish Post) subsidiary in Latvia - National Payment Center. I was in charge of all technical aspects starting from equipment purchase to professional services and customer cases development. After 1 year I got promotion to the group level position: Coordination of production printing and e-Services development (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland). During 1999-2000 I was in charge of Pan-Baltic platform for Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment services - it became de-facto market leader in e-Invoicing in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.   Itella Information rebranded as OpusCapita and became product-centric company. I cleaned my hands from software and business architecture and started my formal product manager carrier. In Order 2 Cash Product Line under my Product Ownership: ● Developed core components of the New Generation Platform for Invoices Distribution - solved quite complex multi-tenant & multi-channel environment problems typical for the service provider business model ● Added Debt Collection products (including post-acquisition technical integration) in Sweden and Finland ● Legacy platforms maintenance and migrations - Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark In addition to classical Product Owner responsibilities I was involved into commercial and technical aspects of O2C products definitions as well as hands on development starting from User Experience to software architecture.
