  During my Consulting job I collaborated with several Companies, not only automotive (FGA Aerothermal, FPT, Lamborghini, VM Motori, IVECO, CNH, Cornaglia Group) but also Household appliances companies (Whirlpool) and medical ones (Sorin) having the opportunity to apply CFD analysis methods using various physical approaches to simulate stationary and non-stationary cases (RANS, U-RANS), external aerodynamics (evaluation of aerodynamic coefficients) and internal fluid dynamics in ducts (evaluation of resistance and optimization of ducts and air filter boxes ) as well as thermal under hood (temperature and radiators mass flow rates) and thermal engine management (with a stationary Multiphysics approach for the study and optimization of water-jacket and gasket passages to reduce and homogenize engine operating temperatures), as well as of thermal appliances (optimization of the temperature range inside domestic ovens) and of electronic components (car radios and ECU) and non-stationary Multiphysics simulations to simulate the amount of water disposed of by the wipers, with fixed and mobile mesh to simulate the movement of parts of the geometric model. These activities were carried out both at the customer's premises and developed "turnkey" at the Altran headquarters.During this period, I was also able to deepen my knowledge of ergonomics applied to the vehicle, from the point of view of direct and indirect visibility, accessibility of commands and wearability of seat belts.
