With a focus on Forum Theater, I engage in training programs and artistic performances aimed at addressing critical social issues and promoting dialogue and action.Forum Theater Training:I specialize in conducting training programs on Forum Theater, equipping individuals and communities with the tools and techniques to explore and challenge social norms, prejudices, and injustices. Through interactive workshops and exercises, I facilitate discussions and empower participants to become active agents of change.Independent Artist:As an independent artist, I use theater as a medium of expression to provoke thought, challenge perspectives, and ignite conversations.   Facilitator and Mentor on Values Education

  The ‘Values Curriculum’ was designed by The Asia Foundation with support from a values education specialist, and in close consultation with religious and community leaders. The curriculum covers six values that are common to all communities in Sri Lanka: Peace, Respect, Tolerance, Compassion, Honesty and Sincerity, and Working together (Cooperation) This project aims to promote shared values in order to address some of the fundamental misconceptions associated with religious intolerance, thereby creating coexisting communities.Duties & Responsibilities:Providing mentorship to 40 trainers from Sarvodaya and National Youth Services Council, based on the ‘Values4All’ values education curriculum, who then under the guidance of mentors will subsequently conduct similar training, in their respective Province for 1000 beneficiaries in total.
