  Co-Founder and Chair of the Chocolate Rain Employee Resource Group for Black Employees at BetterCloud. This was BetterCloud's first ERG that paved the way for many others to follow. Innovator, creator, and leader of the Technical Account Management department at BetterCloud. With the help of Kristi Faltorusso, Rachel Orston, and Stephanie Waldner I created, planned, documented, and lead the TAM department at BetterCloud. This department became an integral part of the business and essential to the Customer Success department as a partner with client relationships. BetterCloud is the first SaaS Operations Management platform, empowering IT to define, remediate, and enforce management and security policies for SaaS applications. Over 2,500 customers in 60+ countries rely on BetterCloud for continuous event monitoring, quickly remediating threats, and fully-automated policy enforcement. BetterCloud is headquartered in New York City with an engineering office in Atlanta, GA. BetterCloud is the first unified SaaS management platform, empowering organizations to securely adopt and manage best-in-breed SaaS applications. Every day, thousands of customers rely on BetterCloud to centralize SaaS management, automate workflows and compliance policies, and surface relevant insights across SaaS applications.
