      Waseem started his career as a salesperson with CHAPAL GROUP, pioneer builders and real estate developers. As a salesperson, on CHAPAL GROUP’s condo project and other housing projects, he was awarded the “Best salesperson” award for 3 consecutive years. He was gradually promoted up to the position of Business Development Manager. During this job he completed M.A (Masters of Liberal Arts) in International Relations. Throughout the passage from sales person to BDM, he performed a variety of tasks that included operational and administrational functions.Waseem Baloat was actively involved in planning and the construction of condo buildings and housing scheme. He interacted with architects and building planning engineers to discuss and finalize the building proposals and submission plans, advertisers, market researcher, investors and salespersons.
