      My employment here evolved from a basic GIS technician to the Production Coordinator due to my initiative and the existing coordinator leaving the company. There was intense learning of ESRI software and processes that would be soon applied in many dynamic projects. I made a good partnership with a programmer by providing the user and functionality feedback. Projects ranged from spatial data analysis to GIS layer creation for area governments and companies.

As an early acceptor of new technology I was able to use mobile GIS mapping, Internet access mapping, and a spatial database engines to enable access of the GIS to the general public and other software programs.       Guardian Medical Transport (GMT), a division of Flagstaff Medical Center, serves more than 3,300 square miles in Northern Arizona - from Happy Jack to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, our team is dedicated to providing prompt pre-hospital emergency medical services and non-emergent transport 24 hours a day, seven days a week.I am working and providing GIS mapping to support to our department dispatching with CAD and EMS operations with 4 stations plus coordinate and communicate IT projects and services between our department staff and Flagstaff Medical Center's IT department.I have also been on Federal inter-agency Incident Management Teams and assignments since 2010 and particularly with the Southwest Team 4, Type 2 team. My position on the management teams is a GIS Specialist which could be at an assignment for 2 weeks and working 16 hours days at mostly wild land fire incidents. I also am utilizing this experience to be a GIS Analyst resource for Coconino County and the state of Arizona through DEMA's Arizona Qualification System (AQS). Show less
