  In 2017, I moved to the Hunter Valley to create an office for ADE to service the region. In this new challenge I have further developed my skills in a variety of areas including time management, organisational prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, communication and team management to help ensure the Hunter operations run smoothly. I am currently involved in all operational matters for the Hunter office, including HR, recruitment, business development, training, office management on top of my Project Management Role. Selected Accomplishments: Successfully found and opened new office space for the company. Interviewed and employed new staff from the Newcastle Area whom I train to be successful in their roles as Environmental Consultants / Occupational Hygienists. Gained experience in business development through contacting clients, pitching projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied and providing quality products. Increased the quality of my technical report writing from Environmental Assessments and Audits through to remediation and validations.  Taken on a commercial interest in the business to ensure that the Newcastle region in profitable and viable for the company by providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
