To engage with the Hub Delivery Lead and Business Capability Leads and maintain a single source truth throughout the release lifecycle – pre and post RPM – of release candidates, design status, component commits, delivery milestones and test progress so that that there is a single source of real time information at any time.2. For each Release - Owns the Release process e2e:-o Works closely with Business Capability Leads to ensure Release scope is defined on agreed milestone date.o Engages with Capability leads to track and monitor the status of the release scope in the lead up to the RPM to ensure that all stories are ready for RPM.o Ensure that platforms/components have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments.o Ensures that story and technical dependencies cross domains are identified and resolved/tracked so that the release is not put in jeopardy.o Responsible for component commits as an output from the RPM.o Maintain reports on delivery status including development, CIT and E2E Testing.3. Responsible for the successful deployment of fully e2e tested code into production, post release stability and maintenance release.4. Provision of regular reports to senior management on the progress and issues affecting major and minor releases.5. Acts as Change Authority for Business changes into production environment.6. Day to day management of the Virtual Delivery team consisting of BT onshore and offshore resource. 7.
