  I was responsible for a Business Intelligence system (Cognos BI) for the whole BKK health insurance system from a user interface perspektive. My tasks were system administration and second level support, report creation and validation, metadata modelling, SDK programming in JAVA and project management. I was trained in several departments at BKK Bundesverband. Most of the time I spent at the IT department and at the BICC. I learned about programming (C++, Java, PHP) and network architecture (IP routing, ISO OSI/TCP layer model), SQL, data warehousing and business intelligence.
