How did I achieve that?1. Show less By now, I had become proficient in the art of selling and had also endeared the hearts of the leaders to see that there’s a little girl in her corner doing something great.What exactly did I do to cause the shift:1. There was a product that wasn’t doing well nationally, infact, I can’t mention what we were selling nationally of that particular product. It was becoming embarrassing I must say, though the product was new and it seemed the acceptance was very poor, then I got a light bulb moment💡…I decided to carry out a project on that product and guess what, it was a huge success, shifting the needle massively by over 1000% sales achievement ( in my territory) I was proud of myself and guess what, I wasn’t the only one proud, I was noticed.
