  In the role of Operations Manager of Allos Inc, a subsidiary of Allos Consulting I worked between Miami Florida, and Pretoria. I lead a significant change management initiative for MetroPCS, one of the largest U.S. prepaid carriers. At the time MetroPCS was rolling out new systems, processes, and methodology to their retail network to improve sales and brand visibility. Together with my team we assisted in the implementation of not only the strategy but also the training and multimedia assets that were key to the success of the rollout. MetroPCS then merged in 2013 with T-mobile.I relocated back to South Africa and collaborated with Allos Consulting SA, working with leading organizations including Standard Bank, SITA (South African Defence Force - Infantry Unit), and SAP America SuccessFactors and Edcon.Led communication and eLearning projects, delivering custom eLearning solutions to clients.Analyzed and packaged training modules to drive skills development and organizational change.
