      Worked as Technology Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd. on PeopleSoft HCM ERP projects . Enhanced the existing processes and functionalities as per Business Requirements in HR modules which lead to reduction in bug in system by 30% on monthly basis. Performed data conversion reconciliation activity between PeopleSoft and Workday ERP system by validating the mapping rules defined in the Functional mapping document and we were able to perform this activity by 95% accuracy. Developed Application Engine Programs to migrate 2 modules Core HR and Succession Planning from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors and also handled 95% of data integrity issue through programs which reduced the manual intervention by the client and lead to the timely deployment of the project. Updated project progress report to client on weekly basis and worked closely with client to resolve issues timely, accurately and efficiently.
