      Set up and ran local contact tracing for Westminster City Council, during COVID 19 Pandemic. Managed a team of contact tracers, deputised for the Head of service at local, regional and national meetings. Complex cases were raised to me to deal with including conducting home checks for residents we were unable to contact within 48 hours. Collation of results and statistics was vital in this role as we were one of the most public facing teams from the council at this time and results were presented to all levels of the council and at regional and national meetings.
