PD invest (both direct and co-investments) in multi-family assets in multiple U.S. markets and licenses its proprietary blended financial education platform to academic institutions, non-profits as well as individuals. - Pitched bi-weekly investment pitches in a shark–tank style competition and stood 2nd in the final dealamongst 40 participating teams.- Evaluated a live deal involving the development of 112 MM, 126 – unit high rise in Cambridge, Boston.- Underwriting Pro Forma, Unlevered and Levered cash flows using comparable assumptions to value theinvestment.
