  As the Manager Consulting at ITSM COE, I was responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Systems Solutions portfolio of the APAC Global Technology Operations BU. During my tenure, I achieved the following accomplishments:• Headed the management of three of CGI's largest internal operations of BMC Remedy installations in the United Kingdom, Finland, and Canada.
