The duties and responsibilities which I can handle independently and give the best output to the company are as given below. Estimation of Material Requirement  Preparation and Monitoring of project schedule & project trackers for Shop drawings, Material delivery & work progress of HVAC Projects. Coordinating with other facility providers to ensure smooth completion of project in time without any rework. Coordinating with Client Representative for handing over process. Coordinating with other engineering disciplines in all aspects during the development of works to ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specifications and work plan. Conducting meetings with Consultants, Clients, and Contractors for reviewing project progress, design, and delivery targets/issues and preparing consolidated reports. Checking Sub-contractor work in compliance with the project. Preparing weekly, monthly summary sheets and closeout reports to submit to the Project manager for updating all the site activities. Updating all the site activities. Specification. Reviewing inspection daily reports submitted by the client upon completion of the Job.  Identify and communicate all schedule deviations and potential problems. Work closely with project control personal to monitor the schedule. Mobilize & controlling of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site.
