  At Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, the esteemed 5-star flagship property in South-East Asia and premier destination in Phnom Penh, I oversaw a sophisticated operation. With 200 rooms, 6 F&B outlets, and expansive banqueting facilities, including a 1000 sqm ballroom hosting prestigious governmental and social events, I held a key leadership role. Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, I was entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of hotel operations. During my tenure at Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, I collaborated closely with three successive General Managers, providing pivotal support and leadership to our operational teams. A key focus was on training and developing talented associates, many of whom have since emerged as successful leaders in the Hospitality industry in Vietnam and abroad.
