The site is a managed house with a multi-million pound turnover, owned by Greene King Plc. I gained significant managerial experience at the Anchor including ordering and auditing liquor stock, cellar management, opening and closing the site before and after shifts, handling cash and tills, and ensuring that POS systems and front of house displays adhered to marketing and brand standards.
