  Designed an in-silico nano biosensor based on an all-armchair graphene nanoribbon field-effect transistor for the indirect detection of starch. Characterization of the electronic properties of the device were performed using Density Functional Based Tight Binding methods in Quantum ATK, and thermodynamic stability simulations using Molecular Dynamics in LAMMPS with reactive force fields. I was in charge of drafting the technical part of patents. The patents included a laptop vending machine prototype on the campus and other projects developed in the TI department at the University
