This created inefficiency and the need a single view of the customer was felt.Reliance Securities’ IT team, led by Srivaths Varadharajan, moved all of the company’s product lines to a single CRM platform thereby enabling a single view of its customers. Also as part of this migration, Varadharajan and team adopted a campaign management system which gives the business visibility into budgets and the conversion productivity of its campaigns. A lead management system was also made available to track leads, and when those leads were closed within defined turnaround time. The system had an inbuilt alert system for escalations, and a customer management system to record interactions across various touch points.Varadharajan and team also ensured that all touch points across locations, and channels use same CRM interface.
