  Responsibilities: 1. Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. 2. New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the development and introduction of new products, ensuring manufacturability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive ongoing enhancements in production processes and systems. 4. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product conformance to specifications and standards, including the establishment of inspection protocols and corrective action plans. 5. Production Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Generate reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure process improvements. 7. Equipment and Tooling: Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, tooling enhancements, and automation solutions to optimize manufacturing capabilities and increase productivity. 8. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
