      Reporting to the Performance and Analysis Manager, I manage, analyse and report on operational and project financials for the Technology division and the Enterprise Project Portfolio. This enables the Commercial Managers to provide Tower’s leadership team with insights and advice to help with better decision making, improve efficiency, effectiveness and developing new ways of working.Responsibilities: Provide advice when it comes to setting up financial governance around technology projects, expenses, Accounts Payable processes, standards and Operational reporting Enable Tower’s finance business partner to prepare budgets and forecasts Conduct Quarterly reforecasting for Technology BAU Ensure clear visibility and understanding of the progress against financial targets Simplify Technology month end processing and reporting Analyse and provide insights on Technology divisional expenses and Tower project portfolio.Achievements: Led the FY20 planning for the Finance division with minimum support, delivered the plan on time and within baseline budget guidance circa $14 million Assumed responsibility for Tower’s Transformation Programme financials including a redesign to ensure robust controls and transparency, enabling programme sponsors to meet their budget circa $48 million Significantly improved the quality of financial data sourced from Technology, by completing an extensive review of various root processes spanning Technology, Finance & HR and consequent data cleansing within. Further worked closely with stakeholders to setup new control and measures to maintain the discipline going forward. Improved Technology forecasting, accounts payable, accrual and prepayment processes to improve accuracy and consistency of expense reporting, consequently giving more transparency and insights for Technology stakeholders to manage their expenses.
