  As an Upscale Security Officer working for G4S I worked at many different locations with varying responsibilities. I worked at retail locations, warehouses, banks, and at COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites. I handled myself in a professional manner, while providing our clients with great service, often going above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of both the individuals and the merchandise at any given site.

  As the Security Supervisor at The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa, it was my responsibility to ensure the safety of all hotel guests and staff. I was also responsible for ensuring that all property, including vehicles and the personal belongings of our hotel guests, were secure during their time at the hotel. Other duties included the proper control of over 200 sets of employee keys and approximately 80 radios used by our hotel staff daily. With loss prevention having been my main contribution to the hotel, I was also responsible for the reporting, investigation, and resolution of any injuries, and damaged or lost property claims made against the hotel.   As a Public Safety Officer, I am responsible for providing public safety to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Reservation and all its Tribal citizens, assets, customers, facilities, and operations, including the Yaamava Resort and Casino at San Manuel. In my current position I am involved with the enforcement of laws, rules, and regulations under the State of California, Federal, and Tribal Government codes, securing an assigned area, conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and preparing timely and accurate reports. Duties also involve crime prevention, investigating crimes, detaining suspects, responding to emergencies, performing as initial Incident Commander until relieved, testifying in court proceedings, and protection of life.
