So have to know the production process.Production parameters (temperatures, pressures,vacuums ,velocity)BOM complianceCompliance with technical criteria for each products.Some measurements and tests applied by devices and log in and verify data .(UV, Light Transmittance ..)To the end : the continuity of the current situation, determining when the errors will occur shows the level of adequacy of the process. -Identify and implement corrective and preventive factorsEvaluation of dataPerforming analyses (Non-conforming product- root-cause)Continuous improvement (ISO 9001, Corrective and preventive factors)-To create production and shipment planning by communicating with the sales department and to follow up on a daily basis.-In line with our plans: to create and follow a workflow plan and determine the shifts. -To set a lower limit by grouping all materials, parts and raw materials in the warehouse. Check the stock ,determine the needs for each unit and make an orders and fallow up.-To follow the planned for each deparment and analyze all parameters that affect it. (product quality, rate of waste performance of machine ,waste of time (reason and solution),analysis of stock, shipping compliance, etc.) All these processes are transferred to our parent company (Italy) through the Microjump program, which we use in detail.
