  Bodega 420 was a direct response to the unfortunate reality of the Downtown Phoenix food desert. Our mom-n-pop corner grocery store supplied fresh and local foods for our walking customers in the Roosevelt Row area. But it was more than just a grocery store. For many, it was a community gathering place. We provided a small hardware section, household goods, local ice cream and a variety of smoking tobacco and products. The porch at Bodega 420 was a hub for live music and jam sessions where neighbors came together to play music, learn a new instrument or enjoy a game of cards. Show less
