  Forum for Indonesia is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2011 that is committed to enabling intersectoral collaboration in social innovations for a thriving Indonesia. This organization’s specialities are in designing and implementing social innovations in different regions in Indonesia such Surabaya. The organization's projects itself are ranged from education, sanitation, health, and youth empowerment. I was given the opportunity to enhance my ability in Project Management field, that is responsible for:• Conceptualized the “Ayo Sinau Rek” program which aims to educate children in the local area about English and Technology Utilization• Approached children foundations to determine agenda, materials, and health protocols during Covid-19• Held webinars and online workshops every twice a month for youth empowerment• Collaborated with several organizations such Wahana Lingkungan Hidup (WALHI) in East Java Region to enhance community development Show less
