  I led a multimillion pound programme which was part of an IPT with Raytheon, Boeing and the US Navy developing the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infra-Red Systems. The programme achieved the first flight within nine months from design to manufacture.

  As a member of the leadership team, I am accountable for development of the 5-year plan and strategic direction of the multimillion pound revenue PNT business. I also oversee P&L management and lead on product strategy, development and implementation. Show less As Deputy to the Air Traffic Management business, I ensured business financial annual operating plans were achieved whilst supporting the Business Director on strategy development and implementation. In addition, I provided leadership to programme managers to deliver flagship civil radar programmes and led on several key bids. Highlights include:• Leading and negotiating the NATS Radar Site Services 15-year support bid to successful award.• Leading ATMS Greenbelt projects, implementing change programmes to remain competitive, reducing the cost base by challenging supply chain prices and leading manufacturing/design teams with emphasis on improving test and manufacturing processes. The flagship Greenbelt projects were nominated for the prestigious Raytheon President’s Award. Show less Within this high profile role, I led a collaboration of eight organisations with the Home Office Border Immigration office, BAA, Accenture, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, IER SA, Sagem, and SITA to implement the miSense Biometric Trial. The role enabled Raytheon to demonstrate its programme management and systems integration expertise to the Home Office. Key highlights include:• Implementing encrypted, networked biometric technology into Heathrow Airport in 12 months, demonstrating technology maturity to begin integration into everyday travel.• The project won Raytheon’s Excellence in Technology Award and was seen a success by the customers, the Home Office and BAA.
