  At Forté Software I was covering the role of Senior Integration Architect and Technical Advisor for the EAI Marketing organization. In this role I have been participating to the evaluation of CRM solutions at the customers premises as well as to the architecture of home-made CRM solutions for big Telco companies. I have, during this period, conceived and implemented the first version of an XML-Adapter generation product associated to the SunONE Integration Server.The consulting business at Forté Software was fast paced and provided services to numerous accounts with a variety of different business problems. In my position, I covered a large geographical area that required a large amount of travelling in Europe and the ability to adapt to different cultural scenarios. I was called on to quickly switch between different situations and environments and to deal with customer contacts from Senior Managers to Technical Architects. I have combined Technical Architect leadership with Technical Account Management and Technical Product Management thus putting me in the position to understand all necessary business components that build up a value proposal for Forté strategic customers.
