I became an Account Manager for key clients and was promoted to Senior Consultant managing a small team of recruiters. Provided candidates to clients to meet their requirements, this was predominantly aerospace and engineering. Established effective relationships with customers in order to become preferred or sole suppliers.

Became the outsourced recruitment manager for an aerospace company managing all of their recruitment activity from recruitment agencies through CV filtering, conducting first stage interviews, psychometric testing and managing through to hiring. Became more involved with creating assessment centres and providing psychometric testing solutions for our customers for training and development not just recruitment purposes
