  The study attempt to improve a well-studied formal method named Petri Net (PN) is a powerful tool mainly used for the analysis of distributed systems for specific functions like security vulnerabilities and threat mitigation with the help of mathematical and graphical notations. In other cases, mitigation has been used in security metrics with the help of a scoring mechanism of a common vulnerability system (CVSS). This paper it is presented, the analysis of security risk and identifies the potential security risk in a system and after mitigation how it is affecting the software risk in a system.To accomplish the objective some hypothesis was set.
