      Supervised 4 FTE & 2 interns directing the overall planning, development, & administration. Updated Executive Director, investigator, staff, and associations to any changes or issues as they arose. Served as staff liaison to various board committees developing strategic plans, drafting of proposed changes to licensing statutes & regulations. Participated in the re-write of the Boards statutes and rules editing & incorporting the UAA with existing statutes. Assisted in rewriting of CSRs, responsible for completing necessary forms for JCAR and SOS, & following the CSR through the rule process. Reviewed & ensured compliance of all contracts with outside legal counsel, as well as our CPA examination vendor.       As an Analyst for the Joint Committee on Capital Improvements and Leases Oversight (JCCI) I monitored proposed state-funded capital improvement (CI) projects, operating costs of projects, monitoring new construction of state-funded CI projects & repairs & maintenance on existing state buildings & facilities with capital expenditures. Investigation of total bonded & indebtedness with lease purchase agreements with the state, departments, divisions, & agencies with state building projects. Assisted in budgeting analysis for proposed capital improvement projects, providing similar analysis to the Senate Appropriations & House Budget Committee. Researching areas of interest for Senators or Representatives & preparing reports addressing such information as it pertained to existing policies, practices, procedures, & expenditures regularly occurs. Monitoring of project expenditures related to budget allocations/appropriations. Tracking appropriations & policy legislation of OA,working with that department to monitor all leases & proposed leases property paid with state funds. Monitoring property operating costs or costs associated with any such lease agreements. Assisted with the compilation & preparation of fiscal & statistical budgetary info, as well as program information of Committees annual report which was presented to the Missouri Senate & House annually. During the legislative session we monitored & tracked capital improvement & leasing legislation as they moved through the legislative process.       The Oversight Director is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the Oversight Division for the General Assembly - Joint Committee on Legislative Research. Design & plan all the work of the division. Including directing, administering and coordinating all the work and staff. I am responsible for overseeing/approving all Human Resources, Procurement & IT needs. Contract negations, maintaining of personnel records, purchasing of all office and IT equipment. Approval & payments of bills for Oversight, including approval in the SAMII system.
