  In charge of Nestlé Professional Juuka factory operations. Our factory produces premium sauces and bouillons for professional kitchens in Finland, Nordics and Europe. With my team we look after safe and healthy working conditions as well our impact on environment, according our core values. Building and coordinating competency build up upon our specific Market competency centers - aka Pillars - who are then in charge of their specific methods roll out. Conducting organisational Maturity Checks on management practices and leadership behaviours within Nestle factories.Working in a close collaboration with our Nordic Market Lean Manager, aligning manufacturing improvement activies with different Business Value Chain activities as a part of their Continuous Improvement Cycles.
