Coordinated project delivery for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), their regional offices across NY State, and the Governor’s Office while focusing on the needs of NYS healthcare and service providers. Performed requirements analysis, project planning, and established project documentation to communicate project scope, resource, and schedule options. Projects included the following:• Executive Order #38 website supporting financial data gathering for NY state providers and new review procedures for 13 state operating agencies. The project also included the first ever Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence implementation for OPWDD. Delivered on-time and on-budget for the Governor.• The training program to transition five regional offices to cloud-based Office365, Outlook 2013, and Outlook Web Access (OWA). Managed development of reference materials, training webinars, and communication for end-users from all levels of the organization. The upgrades affected 20,000+ staff.• The planning and coordination for the D&A ITS Cluster’s transition to a new, state-of-the-art data center.
