  House gutting and rebuild project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in response to flooding in 2016. As an assistant Team Leader, I delivered work packages on properties with a small highly motivated team comprised of individuals from around the world, overcoming language and cultural challenges to achieve very rewarding goals. A school build programme, building multiple schools across the Sindhupalchok district in northern Nepal. I led a team as an assistant site supervisor across multiple sites building earthquake resistant schools to serve the local towns and villages following the 2015 Nepal Earthquake. A residential rebuild project in Staten Island, New York in response to Hurricane Sandy. Working in a small team of highly motivated individuals from around the world rebuilding the homes of less fortunate families after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. A building project in response to Typhoon Sendong in conjunction with Habitat for Humanities. Part of a team made up of local workers and volunteers from around the world, in support of those who had lost their homes and livelihoods in Cagayan de Oro, The Philippines.
