   Overall Project execution in coordination with the project team. Verifying BOQs/ Estimates of tender / quotations ensuring profit. Proper Study and interpreting of BOQs, drawings and all other contract documents supplied by clients/ Architects. Communicating with the client regarding the technical issues of the project. Arranging Vendors / Contractors with proper negotiation followed by issuing the agreement/ work order. Finalizing work schedule and bar chart of each project to be executed with the help of MS project and it is being updated as and when required.  Effective management of Cost and Manpower for the timely completion of the project. Material / Machinery procurement plan to be finalized for each project. Responsible for monitoring / reviewing the progress of the existing project, whether it is up to the desired completion level or not. Verifying and finalizing the Contractor payments from site, material payments, running and Final bills, Client bills etc.  Reviewing the overhead project cost weekly with the help of project team. Attending client meetings / vendor meetings as and when required. Weekly planning of material, Labours, Machinery, Fund list has been prepared and will be intimated to the concerned department for approval and it will be managed productively without any loss to the company as well as to the client side. Monthly progress will be evaluated and an S curve will be plotted for monitoring the ups and downs of the project.
