  ML Engineer, Innovation and Integration team, ORMB Product: Work on strategizing, developing, integrating innovative AI/ML features into the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Product.- Recipient of “The Wonderful Wizard” recognition, awarded by Akshaya Kapoor, VP of ORMB product, in April 2023, for my ML experimentation work.- Created and integrated novel XAI algorithms for Billing Anomaly Detection. Developed ML packages in Oracle PL/SQL.- Prototyped and developing RFPX, a case specific RAG document extractor using Gen AI capabilities of Large Language Models. Involves extensive prompt engineering and integrating NLP techniques.- Prototyped and pitched Smart Reconciliation Engine, an RL based engine to suggest bill reconciliation solutions. Show less
