      During my role at the ASA; I was responsible for the growth of aquatic participation within Hampshire. This involved me project managing a number of initiatives culminating in 2000 non swimming adults learning to swim in one calendar year.The main success within this role was my ability to engage and motivate a number of different strategic partners to overcome their individual limitations in order to work together to achieve an overall aim. These key partners included public, private and charitable sectors and was key to the successful delivery of this programme. Within this role I worked on marketing campaigns to encourage non swimmers to come forward and become active. This involved working with a number of outside agencies including the ASA's principle partner - British Gas. Part of this role also included working in club development in order to engage the voluntary sector in developing aquatic opportunities for all. Show less

Within this role I held key account responsibilities for Fontwell's principle partner 888 Sport. This involved managing the relationship on a day to day basis and ensuring maximum visibility for 888 Sport within the racecourse and to it's membership.My time in this role culminated in Fontwell being recognised in numerous industry awards including Betview “Racecourse of the Year” 2011 and the Racegoers Club “Best Small Racecourse in the South East” in 2012.
