Provide vision and oversight to international and local mission ministries that maximize the congregation's involvement in life-changing ministry beyond the walls of the church, and cultivate strategic relationships with the contexts and communities served by Resurrection's members. In this role, I apply my passion for equipping people for ministry, practical experience from working in a local church setting, and an educational background in organizational management and leadership. Have also led workshops relating to equipping ministries on both the local and national level.
