  The primary purpose of the Psychologist / Offshore Consultant is to work within Offshore Projects in the Regional Processing Centre sites and office/residential locations on Manus Island or other locations as required. The offshore work specifically requires providing mental health support, clinical assessment, treatment and counselling to National PNG security staff and Ex-Patriate security Staff.
