  As the Service Manager of the Western Australian Service Department, including facilities in Port Hedland, Bunbury and Perth my portfolio consisted of a highly educated team of individuals, reporting directly to me, this includes two area Managers and three allocated workshop Coordinators, seventeen Service Technicians and five apprentices throughout the areas.At my duties included maintaining budget forecasts of $14 million dollars, financial viability and accountability, including the management of assets. Maintaining and enforcement of OHS&E policies and ISO9001 QA procedures, product and technical support for both clientele and personnel in direct and indirect roles, The development of existing and potential customers, dispute resolutions, implementation of commercial and contractual terms and conditions with major clientele. Current career highlights include the implementation of the Hagglunds Drive business into the Bosch Rexroth Group, the cross pollination of personnel, product knowledge and customer base. The merger was seen as a dramatic growth opportunity for both arms of the business, as a Manager, the introduction of the rapid growth merger was a mile stone in the planning and infrastructure for the W.A Service Department.
