  As a Senior Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon I have used my extensive knowledge ,intricate skills, people skills and vast experience to improve the lives of patients with life-threatening head and neck cancer. I have performed major surgeries to remove tumours and reconstruct people’s faces with a mission to restore people’s lives to or as close to normalcy as possible.Aside from surgical procedures, I connect with other highly motivated doctors across different clinical specialities and career levels, creating supportive networks. This interdependence has given me purpose, emphasising mutual support during challenging times.During my experience in healthcare, I have seen pressure increase on the workforce, and with it a need for the implementation of a Coaching and Mentoring culture to support individuals and teams, increase performance and staff retention.
