  Project Name- New program Department: Vehicle Integration Role - Vehicle Virtual Manager Responsibilities: * Concept package layout generation & feasibility checks.. * Interaction with Trilix, Italy team for packaging & styling issues discussion. * Styling feasibility confirmation checks. * Manufacturing & Serviceability feasibility checks for complete vehicle. * Detailed packaging & DMU build. * Responsible for virtual vehicle build in DMU. * Vehicle systems static & dynamic packaging feasibility study. * Analysis on exterior & interior package. * Platform/systems commonisation study. * Conduct vehicle level DMU reviews, solves interface issues and propose design solutions for interface aggregate. * Signoff of occupant package layout based on ergonomics study. * Issue preparation, tracking & resolution plan. * Conducting reviews with Ergonomics team for occupant layouts, controls study,visibility checks,hand foot reach checks etc. * Preparation of Wire & tube layouts. * Packaging checks for regulation like wheel guard, approach, departure & ramp over angle etc. * Benchmark of same segment vehicles for packaging layout study. * Prepare detailed digital validation plan in consultation with all the COCs and PAT groups. * Track, monitor actions introduced in design and report issues status at every virtual series milestones. * Escalate to the Deputy / Chief Engineer about the critical issues requiring action plan. * Co-ordinate with design groups and PAT teams for communication and speedy resolution of issues.
