  The Divisional Manager: Quality and Revenue Assurance runs the operations for all Quality and Revenue Assurance support services. The role requires an effective support team and strong business partnerships with the internal Inter-Active functions (including compliance, sales, marketing, finance and IT). The role requires the management of the relationship with various customers relative to the agreed and signed off Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).The role will have ongoing accountability for the operational delivery of all aspects of the quality and revenue assurance services as well as building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the customers, ensuring that all shared services are managed in line with the agreed strategy and targets of the various businesses.The role has as focus that you recruit, motivate and lead a team of quality and revenue assurance staff to achieve or exceed such targets, whilst working within the relevant policies, procedures and contractual terms agreed with the various customers and Inter-Active Technologies. The role requires that you lead your team in developing and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance and revenue assurance capability across the ACTIVcontact portfolio, and define appropriate quality standards. This capability needs to continually support the business in achieving its strategic, operational and financial objectives. In addition to the role mentioned above there is direct involvement with the sales and planning function with a view to working with the sales team to assist in bringing on new business and developing relationships which will result in growth of the ACTIVcontact division.
