  Managing Press Ganey database and disseminating HCAHPS data; develop and support strategies and initiatives to improve scores and sustain efforts; supporting staff through reward and recognition programs as well as patient rounding, and addressing customer complaints; presenting at new hire orientation with clinical and non-clinical staff including physician orientation to HCAHPS; presenting scores and strategies to senior level management, NMC foundation and board members; training and overseeing Patient Liaisons; site administrator for the MyRounding Tool including new user training, collecting and analyzing data, and troubleshooting. Managing 200+ volunteers covering the Information Desk, Gift Shop, Ambulatory Surgery, Mail Room, Spiritual Care and Emergency Room. These volunteers also are assigned to additional locations to include the Bee Hive and Sparta Cancer Center. These responsibilities also extend to onboarding Junior Volunteers. Show less
