  March 3rd 2010 I became a Service Manager at Bryner Chevrolet Inc. My job responsibilities include, service appointment write up, selling customers service needed on their vehicle at that time, managing a above average CSI rating, and setting customers up for their next visit to improve retention. Schedule each appointment for the Service Department for the needs of the customer's vehicle. Keeping the schedule organized due to the type of work that will be needed and the current shop work load. Submitting daily for reimbursement from General Motors for warranty service completed at our dealer and keeping the accounting schedule current.
