The purpose of the programme is to bring individuals with a range of levels and skillsets together, form them into teams and take them from idea to prototype over the course of 6 full day workshops. To do this we ensure a there is the right mix of skills and personalities on each team, that the teams get the right supports, time, space and tools to succeed and above all they have fun. Our tagline is simple:"Where ever fun and innovation collide, that's where you'll find the future"We run an agile structure in the teams and apply one ourselves when running the programme. Good ideas don't have levels and we provide a programme that allows people at all levels in our organisation to play, express themselves and bring their skillsets to the table. To make it real they are solving for real client problems. The answers they come up with to these problems we'll convert into sales to our clients and partners. My job as the innovation manager is to knit it all together, find the people to take part in the teams and those to help support, to be the aggregator of good ideas, to move the teams from the abstract to ideation to creation and to provide the right environment where ideas can flourish and became real prototypes and solutions.
