The purpose of the programme is to bring individuals with a range of levels and skillsets together, form them into teams and take them from idea to prototype over the course of 6 full day workshops. To do this we ensure a there is the right mix of skills and personalities on each team, that the teams get the right supports, time, space and tools to succeed and above all they have fun. Our tagline is simple:"Where ever fun and innovation collide, that's where you'll find the future"We run an agile structure in the teams and apply one ourselves when running the programme.
