  As a sustainability manager, I play a vital role in our company aiming to become net 0 by 2030, this is done by challenging our practices in favour of eco-conscious ways as well as fostering a culture of sustainability within the organisation, I have developed and implemented new ideas and solutions to minimise our wasted energy and resources. My role plays a significant part in promoting a sustainable future from resource management, reducing our environmental impact and enhancing our position as a green company. It taught me great research and analytical skills, including constant cost benefit analysis as well as analysing investments based on its ROI. Additionally communication and persistence to promote good behavioural changes amongst my team.
