Directed implementation of increased surveillance, detection, and security measures across Command Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO) with zero mishaps.  Managed 12+ personnel in execution of long-range and short-range transportation plans for 146 security forces staff.  Coordinated and conducted training of 26+ personnel in all functions, aspects, operational procedures, and readiness of the Naval Security Force (NSF).  Demonstrated success by completing 384 personnel qualification standards and conducting 225 qualification boards with result of increase to qualifications by 56%. Managed a $9K budget as the elected First Class Petty Officer Association (FCPOA) treasurer. Enhanced staffing by 91% for Auxiliary Security Forces by directing and qualifying 21 personnel.  Directed four global Big Data Scrum teams with 40 team members across multiple locations worldwide with various work streams to support alignment of overall program development. Developed and led 120 training events for 200 staff on short- and long-range plans to ensure proper security measures. Show less Supported a community of 7,000+ sailors, civilians, and family members across 11 geographical locations. Investigated incidents and threats including supervision of preliminary investigations, interview of witnesses or complainants, and the processing of suspects. Directed a team of 22 patrolmen and 15 contract guards to respond immediately to emergency calls for service and conduct multiple antiterrorism measures. Responded to 1200+ calls and completed 400+ incident case reports. Developed long- and short-term range plans for and delivered trainings to 324 staff, increasing qualifications and readiness.  Analyzed and maintained 323 Isolated Personnel Reports (ISOPREP) with validation and 100% accountability.  Supervised 6 force protection drills for annual regional training exercises to maintain an elevated level of readiness to respond to changing and dynamic threats.
