      Health and gender delegate with human rights and protection responsibilities in a variety of conflict/post conflict and emergency settings in Africa and Asia, leading multi-disciplinary national and expatriate teams. Program manager of integrated WASH, Health Promotion, Detention, Immunisation, Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health and prevention of Gender Based Violence programs. Developed and facilitated the Expanded Program of Immunisation staff training for ICRC for 4 years. Provision of protection services in field and detention facilities, including implementation and monitoring of a detention based feeding program, advocacy and reporting of protection issues, negotiation of access to food, health and shelter for civilian populations. Extensive negotiation and advocacy with military and government representatives in conflict and post-conflict settings.
